1. Reservations can be made by phone +48 59 866 23 55, +48 791 247 201, by fax +48 59 866 23 55 or by e-mail recepcja@hotelnadmorskileba.pl.
2. After receiving confirmation of the availability of the date, a reservation fee of 40% of the total amount of the stay must be paid.
3. The reservation fee must be paid within 3 working days when the deadline for making a reservation is less than 21 days, 7 days when the deadline for making a reservation is more than 21 days from the date of confirmation.
4. Upon receipt of the required booking fee, your reservation becomes guaranteed and you will be informed by phone or e-mail.
5. The remaining amount is to be paid on arrival. On the day of departure or on any other day you will pay additional obligations resulting from additional orders during your stay.

1. In the event of documented emergencies, the booking fee is fully refundable.
2. If there are more than 60 days between the reservation and the date of stay, we return the reservation fee in full, or you can transfer it to another date agreed with the hotel reception.
3. If the reservation is cancelled up to 60 days before the reserved stay, the reservation fee is not returned.
4. A cost-free change of a reservation is possible 14 days before the planned arrival date (taking into account the availability of hotel rooms). Each change requires a new booking confirmation to be generated. A shortened stay is considered a cancellation and requires payment for the entire pre-booked period.
5. Refunds can only be made to the account from which the transfer was made.
6. Card refunds can only be made to the card from which the funds were debited.

Payment of the reservation fee to the specified account number or directly at the reception desk is tantamount to acceptance of "Conditions for Reservation Cancellation".
